Manicotti Stuffed Shells

Cook shells for 3 minutes in boiling water
Combine garlic, crushed tomatoes, parsley, and Tabasco and cook in sauce pan for 15 minutes
Put in Zip lock bag and snip off one corner
Make balls of Mozzarella cheese and place in one end of the shell. Stand on end and pour enough sauce into shell to partially fill it. Place second Mozzarella cheese ball in opposite end shell to seal it off.
Roll in flour, dip in whipped egg, and roll in bread crumbs.
Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in oven for 15 minutes @ 375 degrees
