Great tasting dish for any occasion!!!
Brown the sausage .... drain grease & rinse with hot water. place the following ingredients in a large bowl:
Sausage / Garlic salt / Cottage cheese / Shredded Mozzarella / Miracle Whip and set aside.
Boil the noodles according to package directions......Drain gently & rinse with cold water twice....
after noodles are cooled..... remove from water & place onto several layers of paper towels.
Using a large glass/ metal cake pan...... pour small amount of Ragu / spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the pan.
Stuff the manicotti or jumbo pasta shell with meat mixture and place into pan...
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top....
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes- take foil off and bake another 10 minutes....
Cool for 10 minutes before serving with your favorite salad and French bread!
