Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 450*, w/racks in the upper and lower thirds.
On rimmed baking sheet, toss the Brussels sprouts and onion with oil, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Roast on bottom rack, tossing once, until golden and tender, 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix together maple syrup, mustard and 1/4 tsp ea. salt & pepper. After veggies have cooked for 12 mins., place the salmon on a second rimmed baking sheet & brush w/ maple mixture. Roast on the top rack until opaque throughout, 6-8 minutes.
Serve salmon w/ veggies and lemon wedges.
