Suggest a better descriptionPrep: 15 min, Cook: 45 min. Preheat oven to 375F. Combine maple syrup and lemon juice in a heavy non-reactive saucepan. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until very hot. Remove from heat. Stir in pear slices and transfer to a buttered baking dish. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, except butter, in a food processor or bowl. Cut butter into dry ingredients until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle topping over pears and bake 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Posted to recipelu-digest by molony
