Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, stir margarine, syrop, yogourt, sour cream, egg, carrot, apple and raisins, breaking up the margarine with a spoon.
Sprinkle the 2 types of flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, clove, and salt over the margarine mixture. Stir until just combined.
Divide the batter amoung the non stick muffin cups. Bake until the tops are lightly browned, 20-25 minutes. Turn out onto rack right away to cool.
