Suggest a better descriptionMix the vinegar and maple syrup. Toss with the romaine lettuce. Top with crumbled blue cheese and toasted walnuts. I like too make up a pint of the dressing and refrigerate. To a more substantial salad: Serve with slices of grilled chicken breast. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
