Chicken breasts are browned and baked with apple slices and maple syrup.
1. Line a large, shallow pan with tin foil, making sure there is enough foil to come up over the chicken and seal in the middle.
2. Cover each breast with salt, pepper, flous (shake in a bag)
3. Fry in frying pan and oil till browned.
4. Transfer chicken to the pan.
5. Cut up apple and distribute over chicken.
6. Drizzle maple syrup over all.
7. Seal foil in the middle.
8. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes??? (needs testing)
