Great Oat Meal Cookies
Preheat oven to 300degs F. In medium bowl combine oats, coconuts, flour, salt and sugar; set aside. In a small sauce pan, over medium heat, combine butter, maple syrup and corn syrup until the butter has melted. Remove pan from heat.
In small bowl combine baking soda with boiling water and immediately stir the mixture into the melted butter until combined. Add maple extract and stir into the oat mixture. Fold in walnuts.
Drop dough onto cookie sheets with Cookie Dropper. Flatten each of the balls slightly. bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
