Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 minutes or until crisp; remove bacon and drain on paper towels, reserving 2 Tbsp. drippings in pan. Crumble bacon
Saute onion in hot drippings over medium heat for 5 minutes or until almost tender. Add bell peppers; saute 3 minutes or until peppers are almost tender. Stir in crumbled carbon, reserving 2 Tbsp. Stir in corn, Creole seasoning, and broth. Increase heat to medium-high; cook 6 minutes or until corn is tender. Stir in whipping cream, and cook for 3 minutes or until creamy and thickened. Stir in tomato and 1/2 cup green onions. Increase heat to high; cook 2 minutes or just until the tomato begins to soften. Sprinkle with reserved bacon, and garnish if desired.
