1) Beat the eggs, add sugar and butter, beat for 10 minutes. Add the Ricotta Cheese and beat for 10 minutes. Add the flour mixed with1 teaspoon Baking Powder beat on low just until mixed in.
2) Divide batter in half, add cocoa or melted chocolate to one half, beat just until mixed. Pour into a greased bundt pan alternating between the plain batter and the chocolate batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
