Crust: 8 oz. refrigerated sugar cookie dough. spread onto springform pan. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or lightly browned.
In large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar and cornstarch. Beat with electric mixer oil smooth. Add eggs and egg yolk, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Beat in Limeade concentrate, liqueur and tequila. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 200 and bake 1 hour 10 minutes or until the center no longer looks wet or shiny.
1/2 cup Frozen limeade
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp orange flavored Liqueur
1 tsp tequila
In small sauce pan, Stir together limeade, and cornstarch. Cook and stir oil thick and bubbly.
Stir in Liqueur and tequila. Pour over cheesecake
