In a bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter, reserve. In separate bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form, reserve. In processor, pulse cream cheese, condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice, and tequila until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a bowl, fold in 1 cup whipped cream, divide mixture among cupcake liners. *Divide graham cracker mixture among tops of treats. Press graham cracker mixture onto each treat.
Freeze 4 hours. Remove treats from cupcake liners, invert onto platter so crumbs are on bottom.
Transfer remaining whipped cream to pastry bag with round tip. Pipe onto each treat. Garnish with lime slices.
