Add everything except the oil to a blender. Blend on speed 2 for 30 seconds. Leave on 2 and start very slowly drizzling the oil into the blender. Increase speed to 5 as you add the oil. Blend for another minute after the oil is in.
Keep in the fridge in a sealed container. Lasts 7 days.
The oil must be drizzled in very slowly to make sure the mixture emulsifies.
