Better than Carmel Pop Corn

Preheat oven to 250*.
Add all ingredients together except Corn Pops.
Bring to a Boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour over Corn Pops and stir until well coated.
Spread on 2 cookie sheets and bake in oven for 20 minutes at 250*.
