Suggest a better description1. Place all the cracker ingredients in a food processor and process until mixture clumps together in a ball around to blade.
2. With floured hands, roll into two sausage shapes. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
4. Slice the chilled logs into 3 mm thick slices. These should be cut as thin as you can. Lay on the prepared trays with a small gap in between to allow for spreading.
5. Mix the topping ingredients together in a small bowl. Sprinkle a little on each biscuit. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container for up to one week.
