Really good marinade for pork chops - leave in fridge 2-3+ hours before grilling or cooking.
1. Put pork chops in a large ziplock bag.
2. Add equal amounts balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and soy sauce - about 1 Tbs per pork chop.
3. Add equal amounts garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon pepper - about 1/2 tsp per pork chop.
4. Let marinade in fridge for 2-3+ hours before grilling or cooking. Turn and massage pork chops every hour or so,
