Marinade the salmon in the orange juice, olive oil and thyme overnight.
In a small bowl add brown sugar, paprika, cinnamon, orange peel, salt, more thyme and salt. Slather this on the salmon that has been removed from the marinade. Grill or bake in this sauce.
