Basic Tomato Sauce
1. Pour mir poix; carrots, onions, celery into oil when oil is ready
2. Saute mir poix vegetables and cook until soft
3. Place mirepoix into bigger pot
4. Add olive oil wait until ready
5. Add garlic, stir for one minute
6. Add tomato paste, stir for one minute
7. Add oregano, basil, and wine
8. Add salt as needed
