Suggest a better descriptionCombine all ingredients except beef, parsley, and tomatoes. Marinate beef in mixture 8 hours, turning several times. Remove beef from marinade. Dry. Place on rack in roasting pan. Bake in preheated 475° oven 25 minutes for very rare, 30 minutes for rare. Baste every 5 minutes with marinade. Remove to platter. Cool. Do not refrigerate. Before serving slice and arrange in overlapping decorative pattern on platter.
