Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large Ziploc bag. Depending on the size of the tenderloin you may have to cut it into two pieces. Place tenderloin in bag with ingredients and marinate for at least 3 hours (more is better). Turn the bag at least once. Pour tenderloin and marinade mix into Pyrex dish and cover with foil. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove and finish on grill. Check with meat thermometer to ensure meat is cooked to your desired finish ( l take it off at 135-140F). Remove from grill, place on a plate and cover with foil. Allow the meat to rest for about 10 minutes or so.
