Suggest a better descriptionCombine all the ingredients except the lettuce in a mixing bowl. Cover & let stand in the fridge for an hour or so. Stir occasionally. Before serving, remove garlic. Line a shallow serving bowl with lettuce leaves & top with the pea mixture. This recipe is better if prepared a day ahead. For real good luck, drop some coins into it before serving.
