Combine first 7 ingredients; reserve 1/2 cup butter mixture.
Sprinkle chicken evenly with salt and pepper. Place in plastic bag and pour remaining butter mixture evenly over chicken. Cover and seal and chill for 8 hours or overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade.
Grill 40 - 45 mins. basting with reserved butter mixture and turning once.
