Wonderful recipe to make flank steak tender and easy.
Score meat by cutting across the grain at 1 inch intervals. Place in a glass or earthenware bowl. Combine ingredients and pour over steak. Marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Turning two or three times. Drain steak.
Broil 4-5 inches from heat 10minutes on one side and three minutes on other.
Carve against the grain.
