Marinate the meat in a large freezer bag for 24 hours
Remove meat from bag and dry with paper towels. Grill until desired doneness and allow it to rest. Cut the meat into thin cuts on the bias. To eat - open a lettuce leaf and add steak, rice, onions, and a spoonful of Ginger scallion sauce and a pinch of salt.
