1. Add water, beer, and shrimp to a large pot. Bring to a boil. Add shrimp, bring back to boil OR until shrimp are just pink. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
2. Add oil, vinegar, juice of 2 lemons, parsley, salt, tabasco, and capers to bowl. Stir well, and pour over shrimp.
3. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
