Suggest a better descriptionBring all ingredients except for the mushrooms up to a boil. Add the mushrooms. Turn heat down and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Place in a covered bowl and put in the fridge. Let cool and marinade for several hours, stirring occassionally.
Makes 2 cups.
