It is a great appetizer for a hot summer
This can serve alone or with some green salad or some cumcumber cubes.
1. Slightly defrost the Salmon filets, dice it into large cubes. (It is easier to diced the filet in nice cubes in this frozen form)
2. Mix all the seasoning together.
3. toss salmon with the sauce thoroughly.
4. Keep it in the fridge. Serve with chopped green spring onion and fresh parsley or Dill.
Note:
This dish is best to serve it chilled so that is why I dice the filet in frozen. When salmon cubes are tossed with the sauces it will start defrost by itself.
If not serve immediate, keep it in the fridge. Let it stand for an hour before serve.
