pre heat oven to 350 degress
trim thighs and place in bowl fill with water
place thighs into baking pan while still wet
add sliced onions , oregano, paprika, salt and spanish spice
add 1/2 cup broth to pan and place in preheated oven
cook for 1 hour turning evry 20 minutes.
Add more paprika after first turn and add broth as needed, keep pan moist.
