Put the flour in a bowl and form a well in the middle. Add the whole eggs, the sugar, oil, and butter.
Mix delicately with a whisk while slowly adding milk. The batter is ready when it has the consistency of a barely thick liquid.
Heat an anti-stick pan and add a few drops of oil. Cook the crepes on low heat. With this recipe there is no need to add oil after each crepe.
