Thai Chicken Curry
Cut chicken into chunks and quickly stir fry. Remove and set aside. Heat oil in pot then add two desert spoons of the curry paste. Then add one tin of coconut milk plus half a tin of water with stock powder. Add chicken to the pot. Now add any vegetables you want like carrots celery broccoli zucchini or baby eggplant. Add other ingredients, bring to a simmer for a few minutes then turn off and leave.
