Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Grease 9" pan.
Melt butterscotch pieces andbutter over medium heat. Stir constantly.
Remove from heat. Cool to lukewarm.
Add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and egg to butterscotch mixture and mix well.
Fold in marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts until just combined-about 5 strokes.
Spread into pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350-degrees. Do not overbake.
