Put in blender:
1 clove garlic, 1 stalk green onion, 3/4 bunch cilantro
Boil for 10 minutes and then drain:
tomatillos, 3 cloves garlic, chilis
add to blender with water to top of ingredients and blend
Chop remaining green onion and cilantro.
Pour blended salsa into bowl, top with chopped items. Add salt to taste.
