Make filling.
Mix blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and salt in bowl.
Transfer to 8 in square baking dish.
Make topping
In med bowl stir together flour, oats, nuts, baking powder and salt. With mixer on med speed, cram butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Stir flour mix into butter.
Using hands, squeeze topping pieces together to form clumps.
Sprinkle topping evenly over filling.
Bake till filling is bubbling in center and topping is golden brown about l hour. Let cool 30 min till serving.
