Best Rolls Yet
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in 1 cup warm water. Let stand 10 minutes. Scald 2 cups of milk and add the yeast mixture and margarine.
In a mixer bowl, place 5 cups flour, add the sugar and salt, and then the milk and yeast mixture. Mix for three minutes.
With the kneading hook on, add the remaining flour and knead for 9 or 10 minutes.
Place the dough in a bowl and let rise for 1 1/2 hours. Punch down and let rise for another hour. Form rolls (32) in pans and let rise for another hour. Bake in a 375 oven for 20 minutes.
