Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir together cake and pudding mixes in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, water, vanilla, & vegetable oil and beat well.
Grease a 9 x 13 pan. In a separate bowl, mix together usage, cocoa, cinnamon and walnuts if desired.
Pour 1/2 of the cake batter into the pan. Sprinkle dry ingredients on top of the batter. Pour the rest of the cake batter on top.
Use a butter knife to cut through cake diagonally and horizontally.
Bake for 45-60 minutes.
