Add masa Harina and flour to a mixing bowl. Add baking powder, queso fresco and salt and mix with a whisk. Drizzle oil over over masa mixture and stir to form a course meal. Add water and stir until a soft dough forms. Cut into 16 pieces. Lightly oil griddle on medium heat. Flatten each piece into a 2 inch circle and place on griddle. Cook until lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Serve with grated cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
