Suggest a better description1. Peel and chop potatoes into chunks
2. Place in cold salted water and bring to boil. Reduce to simmer and simmer until fork tinder (around 20 minutes depeneding how big chunks are)
3. Drain potatoes
4. Cream potatoes with butter, sour cream, cream cheese, splash of milk
5. Add seasoning to taste (parsley, garlic, season salt, pepper)
Careful not to overmix or they'll get gluey
Boil in chicken broth adds more flavor
To reheat, place in oven covered for 30ish minutes
