Creamy mashed cauliflower.
Add cauliflower florets to boiling water and cook until tender (about 10 minutes).
Drain. Use a fine mesh colander and press the cauliflower to remove excess water.
Add cauliflower to a food processor with the cream cheese and heavy cream.
Puree/Mix until smooth and creamy.
Salt and pepper to taste.
