Suggest a better descriptionBeat all ingredients except butter until light and fluffy. Cool and cover. Keep in the fridge until ready to bake. Grease 2 quart casserole dish with butter. Pour in potato mixture and top with butter. Cook 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
