2. Break wafers into at least 8 pieces into bowl of warm water and leave for about 5 mins
3. Pour off as much water as possible
4. If using onion, fry in pan with margarine, then pour out into bowl of matzo and mix
5. Pour raw eggs and sliced cooked eggs into matzo and mix with pepper and salt
6. Heat pan with (more) margarine and stir-fry matzo and egg until preferred doneness
