Wash & soak beans overnight. Sear salt pork in skillet. Put all ingredients in 4 Qt Pressure Cooker; cover with water. Place lid on cooker and heat on high until pressure regulator is rocking slowly. Cook over medium heat for 40 min. Allow steam to release before opening cooker.
