Combine all ingredients into slow cooker (stir), adding chicken breasts last. Cook on high 4-6 hours.
* I usually cook only 4 hours for tender chicken.
* If chicken is frozen double cooking time.
Serve over white rice (4 cups)
After cooking, take chicken out and shred with fork, then put back in and serve.
