A super fresh asian inspired salad that is great as a meal. Add some grilled salmon if you need to be filled up more!
Combiine all ingredients in a large bowl or tupperware container with a lid. Toss until everything is well coated with the dressing.
To make it more of a meal add some grilled chicken or salmon to top the salad.
