Cook macaroni in boiling water for 8 minutes, rinse, then place in greased baking dish (8 X 12.)
Mix together margarine, flour, dry mustard spice, salt, and pepper. Add milk and cook in microwave till thick, stirring occasionally.
Add cheese and stir till cheese is melted.
Pour cheese mixture over macaroni and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
