Originally from Diane Vos, this recipe has become a family tradition.
Beat eggs. Add mustard & 2 1/2 cups milk.
Brown sausage. Add cheese, croutons, and sausage to eggs. Put in greased 9x13" pan. Refrigerate overnight.
Mix soup & 1/2 cups milk. Pour over all & bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
Let set 20 minutes before serving.
Note: You can use any "cream of" soup. We often use Cream of Poblano - fabulous!!
