Clean you pint jars
In a small pot boil you flats
In a large stock pot bring to boil the juice.
Add box fruit pectin
Add the sugar
Bring back to a rolling boil for about 1 min
Remove from the heat let it stand for a short time then skim off the foam.
put into jar.
Clean the tops off, add the flats, and bands.
Set jars on cabinet to cool and seal.
