This dip is often requested at holiday parties, picnics and tailgates. The original recipe called for "layering" of the ingredients, but that was a pain. This is an easy--throw it all in-- kind of recipe that's even better!
Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl, except for the tomato. Move mixture to serving bowl, then top with chopped tomato. *Depending on the size of your serving bowl, you can mix half the tomato into the dip, then top with the other half. Chill for at least one hour. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
