1. press water out of tofu
2. toss tofu with liquid aminos and let sit for approximately 4 hours
1. in deep pan, heat oil
2. add onions and pepper garlic and ginger
3. add tofu and fry until getting slightly browned
4. add spinach and if needed additional liquid animos - careful not too much
5. cook until wilted
