Vegetarian meat balls
Make into Balls. I put them on a cookie sheet and bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sometimes I form into patties and fry them. Sometimes I just add a sauce made with mushroom soup.
But the barbecue sauce includes:
2 cubes butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 tsps chili powder
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
dash of liquid smoke. Simmer for 5 minutes and add to meatballs.
You might want to make a little extra sauce according to Chuck. You can just reheat it to serve. Add toothpicks if you want people to take less, also per Chuck.
