Mix salt, pepper, and spices with cracker meal.
Combine with meat and add enough milk to moisten. Make small meatballs. Roll them in flour. Brown in fry pans that are well greased. Put into Nesco cooker. Rinse fry pan, scraping brown liquid for gravy and add to Nesco. Simmer for several hours. Thicken gravey q/w hour before serving.
